The Right to Revolution

Undoubtedly, revolutions do not render a country a paradise. However, in its pursuit to prevent revolutions at all costs, a governing power destroys the public structure, turning it into a stagnated environment without a perspective. Acknowledging the right to resort to a revolution, a governing power acts so that “the earth may again be the earth, a vale of want, yes, but not a sty of depravity” (T. Mann).
